Tuscola Varsity and JV both won again on Wednesday against East Henderson, bringing both of their records to 2-0 heading into the conference schedule. The Varsity game went into extra innings and ended on a Cody Stubbs walk off bomb (measured at 440 feet). Several pitchers contributed towards a solid outing off of the hill for the Mountaineers.
The JV game was over after 5 innings in a 11-1 mercy. Chad Christopher hit his first homerun of the season, while 3 pitchers finished off the game for the Mountaineers.
Both teams are backed by unquestionably the finest grounds crew in the state, possibly the country (definetly the loudest). Thanks Cam and Dave!
